I chose this hotel for attending a consultation as it caters to both business travelers and tourists. The facilities and services provided were satisfactory, allowing for a comfortable and productive stay during my work trip.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace or a business center. Having a designated area to work would have added more convenience to my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Friendship Hostel & Tours. The quiet location and spacious, comfortable room made for a charming experience. The shared kitchen was a nice touch and allowed us to interact with other guests. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, arranging an amazing one day tour for us in a car that perfectly accommodated my son's wheelchair. They even took us on a walking tour of areas we hadn't been able to visit the previous day. If we return to Armenia, we would love to stay here again. Meeting other friendly nationalities was also a highlight.
Nothing to fault at Friendship Hostel & Tours. 🌟

The rooms at Friendship Hostel & Tours felt like home with their cozy and welcoming decor. As someone with physical handicaps, it was such a relief to stay in a place that made me feel comfortable and at ease.
While I enjoyed my stay overall, I personally didn't find the inclusion of a wardrobe in the room particularly useful. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and I understand that others may appreciate having it for their belongings.

We got great value for our money with a cozy and comfortable room. The location was fantastic, close to all the main attractions. The staff treated us like VIPs, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The food for breakfast could use some improvement, maybe by offering more variety.

I recently stayed at a charming and quiet hotel in Yerevan for 10 days. The large and comfortable room provided a wonderful stay for me and my children. The shared kitchen was a great feature, and we loved meeting other friendly guests from different nationalities. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, arranging a fantastic one day tour in a wheelchair-accessible car for my son. They even gave us a personalized walking tour of the city. The location was convenient and close to landmarks, parks, and markets. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Armenia.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The staff members were super friendly and gave great local information. The hostel was in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and cafes. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful.
There was no air conditioning in the room, which was a bit uncomfortable considering the hot weather. there were some late check-ins that were quite noisy and disruptive.

The rooms at this hostel are so comfortable and cozy, it's like being wrapped in a warm, fluffy cloud. I was amazed to find that the kitchen in my room had all the necessary appliances, it was like having my own mini MasterChef studio!
Quilts were too short.

I enjoyed exploring the nearby Armenian Opera and Ballet Theatre, Sergei Parajanov Museum, and Blue Mosque. The shared lounge and bar at the hostel were great for socializing, and the continental breakfast was a nice touch.
Who needs air conditioning when you can sweat it out in 40-degree heat? And late check-ins are so much fun when they wake you up at 2am!
